Jóvenes expertos en 'Prepárense para dejar el cuidado' Los jóvenes en cuidado alternativo necesitan apoyo adecuado cuando alcanzan la edad adulta y se preparan para comenzar una vida independiente. Los profesionales de la atención juegan un papel clave en el empoderamiento de los jóvenes para su futuro. El proyecto de dos años "Prepárese para dejar la atención: un sistema de protección infantil que funciona para profesionales y jóvenes" tiene como objetivo ayudar a desarrollar las capacidades de los profesionales de atención para que puedan integrar mejor un enfoque de derechos del niño en su trabajo. Jóvenes expertos de cinco países diferentes: Croacia, Italia, Letonia, Lituania y España, aportan su experiencia de primera mano al proyecto y comparten sus ideas y pensamientos.
"La participación de los jóvenes en este proyecto es importante porque estábamos en la misma situación y sabemos lo que se siente y los entendemos. Y realmente queremos compartir ideas para hacer un mejor futuro para otras generaciones". Qué significa dejar el cuidado a los jóvenes En el inicio del proyecto en Viena del 31 de enero al 2 de febrero, los jóvenes comparten objetos compartidos que simbolizan su experiencia de dejar la asistencia:
"Todos tienen un mundo adentro". Se debe tener cuidado para apoyar la belleza que está en el interior, como lo simboliza esta caja.
"Family. Where life begins and love never ends." Raquel made this poster and gave it to one of her best friends. They met in her SOS family and even though they have now both left care they have a very close relationship and regard each other as sister and brother. Raquel, Spain
